- Maximum initial rate rate would be at trial 4 & 5 because when you add more lactase the number of molecules of product formed per minute increases by 10^6.
- The Maximum level of reaction rate for the lactase enzyme at pH7 would be trial 4 and 5.
- The lower the number of substrate and the lower of number of molecules is why the maximum initial reaction rate cannot be reached at low lactose concentration.
- Lactose prefers a neutral pH.
- It suggests that it is really important that the temperature that the enzymes are in.
- That the enzymes and substrate may unbalance during this passing then to your stomach.
